The commission
The Personal Memory Gallery Set costs $59 and includes three coordinated contemporary artworks, common print-ratio files, one room mockup, a personal print license, and one focused revision. The delivery target is 72 hours after a complete brief, 3–6 usable memory photos, one usable room photo, and required confirmations are submitted.
Your source material
You confirm that you own each submitted image or have permission to use it. Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material. The studio may decline material involving a living-artist imitation, celebrity, copyrighted character, protected brand, or a person whose consent is reasonably in doubt.
Interpretive likeness
The artwork is a painterly interpretation, not a photographic reproduction or biometric likeness service. We review defining details by hand, but variations in faces, gestures, objects, color, and texture are part of the medium.
Revision
The included revision covers one consolidated request for contained changes to color, details, or composition. A different subject, memory, source set, or complete art direction is a new commission. Submit the revision through the private studio after delivery.
Cancellations and refunds
Request cancellation before production begins for review under Gumroad's refund process. Because the work is custom, orders that have entered production are not refundable for a change of mind. We will correct a missing file, failed delivery, duplicate charge, or material failure to provide the listed commission.
Delivery and printing
Delivery occurs through expiring links in the customer studio. You are responsible for downloading and safely keeping the files. Displays, printers, papers, inks, crops, and third-party print services vary, so exact physical color and output dimensions cannot be guaranteed beyond the supplied file specifications.
Human authorship record
The studio retains production notes recording human selection, arrangement, retouching, review, and revision work. No promise is made that every element or every jurisdiction will recognize exclusive copyright in AI-generated material.
