Your memories stay private.

What we collect
To complete an order, we receive the purchase email and order details verified by Gumroad, the memory brief you write, 3–6 source photos, one room photo, production notes, revision notes, and the finished files. We also keep aggregate counts for checkout clicks, activated purchases, submissions, and revisions.
How private files are stored
Source photos and deliverables are stored in private object storage. They are not placed in the public website, are not assigned permanent public URLs, and can be opened only through the verified customer session or password-protected production desk. Customer download links are cryptographically signed and expire after 48 hours.
How we use your material
We use the brief and images only to create, review, revise, and deliver the commissioned gallery set; to support the order; and to prevent misuse. Customer photos are never added to a public portfolio, sold, or used for advertising without a separate written agreement.
AI-assisted production
Generative tools may process the visual references as part of creating the artwork. A human remains responsible for composition, correction, detail review, print preparation, and the revision record. We do not accept requests to imitate living artists, celebrities, protected characters, or brands.
Retention and deletion
Source and room photos enter the studio deletion queue 30 days after final delivery. The production desk removes due files and records the purge. Finished delivery files and minimum order records are retained so the customer can retrieve the purchase and so the studio can handle accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request an earlier source-photo purge after delivery.
Payments and service providers
Gumroad handles checkout, payment data, tax, receipt delivery, and purchase verification under its own privacy terms. The studio site uses a private, access-controlled database and file store on studio-managed infrastructure. We do not receive or store full card details.
Cookies and access
The site uses an HttpOnly customer cookie to reopen a verified order and an HttpOnly studio cookie to protect the production desk. These are security and workflow cookies, not advertising trackers.
Your requests
Email studio@quietheirloom.com to request access, correction, source deletion, or support with an order. We may ask for the Gumroad order number or receipt email to verify the requester.
