Permission granted
After full payment and delivery, Quiet Heirloom grants the buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to download, store, and print the final delivered artwork for personal, non-commercial use. You may make prints for your own spaces and give physical prints as personal gifts.
What this license does not allow
You may not sell or license the digital files or physical prints, list them as stock or downloadable products, use them in advertising or merchandise, mint them as tokens, upload them to print-on-demand marketplaces, remove embedded ownership information, or present the work as created solely without AI assistance.
Your source rights remain yours
You keep the rights you already hold in the photos and text you submit. The commission does not give the studio ownership of those originals. The limited processing permission ends when the production, support, and stated retention period end.
Copyright boundary
Copyright treatment of AI-assisted material differs by jurisdiction. This license is a contractual permission to use the delivered files; it is not a representation that every visual element qualifies for exclusive copyright protection.
Credit
Credit is not required for private display. If you share the work publicly, describe it accurately as an AI-assisted, human-finished commission from Quiet Heirloom.
